A Chinese delegation, headed by the deputy head of the headquarters of Confucius Institutes (Hanban) Zhao Guocheng, had arrived at the BSUPC with an official visit.
Rector Sergey Repkin, First vice-rector of the university Sergey V. Shavruk, the director of BSUPC Confucius Class from the Belarusian side Natalia Kosteeva and the director of BSUPC Confucius Class from the Chinese side Sun Pen met university guests.
Parties discussed main activities of the BSUPC Confucius Class, and the prospects of joint educational project development.
Delegation members conducted a tour of the university sports facilities and master-class from teachers of wushu and tai chi.
Guests from China highly appreciated the work of the University and the Confucius Classroom at BSUPC in the spheres of assisting and expanding techniques of teaching wushu, tai chi and Chinese, strengthening intercultural communication between Chinese and Belarusian people.
