Representatives of BSUPC awarded International Trade Fair «Ideas — Inventions — New Products»

The 69th International Trade Fair «Ideas — Inventions — New Products» IENA-2017 was held in Nuremberg (Germany) from November 2nd till November 5th.

Nikolai Sotsky (the Head of the Department of Biomechanics, Candidate of Pedagogic Sciences, Associate professor) and Maxim Shinder (the Senior Teacher of the Department of Biomechanics) were the representatives of Belarusian State University of Physical Culture. Foreign experts highly appreciated their developments – training devices.

As a result of the International Trade Fair, our inventors were awarded diplomas and medals.

IENA is the world’s largest platform for demonstrating innovative developments and cutting-edge achievements. The first IENA exhibition was held in the 50’s in Nuremberg.

More than 600 inventions are demonstrated at the IENA exhibition annually. Unlike other similar exhibitions, IENA is primarily intended for specialists in the field of active promotion of scientific results in industry and the first two days are open only for them. Each exhibit is evaluated by an international judiciary. Participation in the exhibition makes it possible to demonstrate high technologies in the international arena, and is called upon to contribute to the inflow of investment in innovations.

From year to year there is an increasing number of companies and specialists take part in this event. Representatives of well-known European business organizations, chambers of commerce and industry of foreign countries take part in the work of the forum. Many of them representing national expositions.
