On November, 20 international scientific-practical seminar “Modern systems of training of high-class athletes and reserve in sports gymnastics and dance sports” started at the university.
The seminar gathered leading specialists in sports industry of our republic as well as sportsmen and coaches from Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany and Portugal.
“That is very important, that the experts from various countries have the ground for discussion. Belarusian State University of Physical Culture accepts this vast forum already for the second time”. – stated the Rector of BSUPC Sergey Repkin.
The international scientific and practical seminar was opened with the report of Lyubov Cherkashina, a graduate of the university, honored master of sports of the Republic of Belarus on rhythmic gymnastics, chairman of the commission of athletes of the International Gymnastics Federation.
A remarkable athlete told the audience about the modern rules of refereeing in rhythmic gymnastics.
On the first day of seminar roundtable discussions and workshops took place.
The forum will last till November, 26. Within its frames the tournament on acrobatics “BSUPC Cup” and open contest on parkour will hold.
