The Ukranian delegation headed by the Minister of Youth and Sport of Ukraine — Igor Aleksandrovich Zhdanov visited Belarusian State University of Physical Culture in May 11, 2017. Foreign guests were met by the First Vice-Rector of the university — Valery Ivanovich Dunay.
For a more detailed acquaintance with the unique profile university in Belarus, which has been preparing specialists in the field of sport, tourism and hospitality for almost 80 years, the delegation had the exursion in the educational building of BSUPC.
Guests from Ukraine visited the university’s modernized scientific library, which nowadays is the center of informative service for sports and tourist organizations, as well as for individual users. Nowadays, the library disposes of more than 590,000 copies of native and foreign editions.
Also, the Ukrainian delegation visited the exposition of the BSUPC Museum of History, where they might find out abaout the main stages of the university’s activity.
Ukranian partners had a great oppotrunity to evaluate the BSUPC training base — they visited «Swimming Pool» and «Track and Field Athletics Manege», which are located on the territory near the university.
