On 5 November 2025, the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture received a delegation from the Chengdu University of Technology Engineering and Technical College.


The first vice-rector of BSUPC, Vladimir Klinov, and the head of the international relations department, Oksana Olegovna Gunich, attended the meeting.




Vladimir Vladimirovich opened the meeting with a presentation of the university, told in detail about the training system, educational programs, as well as the modern material and technical base of BSUPC. He expressed appreciation to the Chinese colleagues for their interest and noted the importance of such visits for the development of international cooperation.



The Chinese delegation presented a presentation on the activities of the Institute of Engineering Technologies, thanked the host for the warm welcome and expressed interest in establishing partnership along the following lines:
— Training of Chinese students in the master’s degree BSUPC;
— Teacher development and postgraduate training;
— Opening of the BSUPC center at the Chengdu University of Technology Engineering.
The delegation from the Chinese side included:
— Van Ke — President of the Chengdu University of Technology Engineering;
— Xu Zyuju — Vice President of the Institute;
— Lee Ren, Director of the Center for Continuing Education;
— Tian Di — General Secretary, Director of the Charitable Fund for Support of Teaching and Development of Talented Students;
— Ekaterina Ignatyeva is a member of the international cooperation department of the Charitable Foundation, translator.


Cooperation between BSUPC and the Chengdu University of Technology Engineering opens up new opportunities for academic mobility, scientific exchange and joint educational initiatives. It contributes to the strengthening of international relations, expansion of partnerships and promotion of Belarusian education.


The visit took place in an atmosphere of mutual respect and interest, laying the foundation for a promising cooperation between the two educational institutions.
