On December 10, 2019 the Belarusian State University of Physical Education was visited by a delegation of the Guangdong Vocational Institute of Sport, headed by rector Xu Ji.
Sergey Repkin, BSUPC rector, Tatiana Morozevich, vice-rector on science, Irina Liashkovich, the head of international department, hosted guests.
The parties discussed perspective directions of interaction and outlined a cooperation plan.
The top priority issues — among the urgent tasks are organizing an academic exchange of professors and students, establishment of summer educational camps and training camps for students from Belarus and China, setting up close partnership ties at academic sector.
The core areas of interaction were reflected in the agreement on cooperation between both universities, which was signed at the meeting.
The delegation of the Guangdong Vocational Institute of Sport got acquainted with BSUPC infrastructure, visited the National Olympic Committee headquarter. Also during the visit, foreign guests will visit several sports facilities in Minsk.
